Maintenance Manufacturer

The sale of new equipment comes with standard maintenance to which warranty extensions may be added depending on the server.
– The duration of the warranty may vary from 1 to 5 years depending on the material.
– Warranty Coverage: The maximum service coverage offered is 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

As a partner of the main manufacturers, we manage your contracts to avoid any interruption of service.

Third Party IT Maintenance

If the equipment is not or no longer maintained by the manufacturer, we offer third-party maintenance.

We can consider 3 types of third-party maintenance.

– On-site maintenance: we intervene on site within the allotted time with the replacement part and proceed with its installation. This maintenance includes the cost of replacing defective parts and human intervention on site for the repair. We set up the required national or international geographic coverage.

– Maintenance by standard anticipated exchange: as soon as you notify us of the defect of a part, we will immediately send you the part to be changed. After installation by you, you return the defective part to us.

– Unanticipated standard exchange maintenance: you send us the defective part to be repaired and once restored to working order, we send it back to you.

For all types of maintenance, we provide the required national or international geographic coverage.
Computer maintenance can take place:

  • 5 days a week: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • 6 days a week: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • 7 days a week: 24 hours a day

The intervention, depending on the emergency service chosen, must be more or less rapid: on-site intervention within 4 hours up to intervention within D+1 (for non-strategic back-up servers).
